Cancellation and Refund Policy for Roasted Coffee Orders

At Saint Nicholas, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel an order for roasted coffee. Due to the nature of our roasted coffee products, which cannot be returned to their original form once roasted (green coffee to roasted coffee), we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • If you wish to cancel your order for roasted coffee, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our customer service team at

    • We accept cancellation requests within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. This timeframe allows us to minimize the processing and packaging time for your order.
    • After the 24-hour window has elapsed, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be accepted as the coffee beans would have already gone through the roasting process.
  2. Refund Eligibility:

    • If you have successfully canceled your order within the designated timeframe, we will initiate a refund for the amount paid for the canceled order.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that any processing fees or charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.
  3. Refund Process:

    • Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 3 days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
    • You will receive a notification via email, facebook chat, Instagram message or SMS once the refund has been processed.
    • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
  4. Exclusions:

    • Our cancellation and refund policy applies specifically to roasted coffee orders that cannot be returned to their original form which is the green beans. Kindly note that once green coffee beans are roasted the shelf life of it will decrease from 12 months to 6-8 months.
    • For any other issues related to product quality, damaged items, or incorrect orders, please refer to our standard Return and Exchange policy.

Standard Return and Exchange Policy

For to product quality, damaged items, or incorrect orders, we gladly accept unopened and unused product within 15 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. To start a return, please pack the products you'd like returned, include a copy of the invoice slip included with your order, seal your box securely and send your package to

If bought ONSITE:

Please bring back the product within the days stated above to the store of origin.


Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD for returns. We recommend you insure and track the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.  If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us and include your order number and the list of missing/defective items. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, if they exceeded the allotted days. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
